Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable under certain conditions. Deposits secure your appointment and compensate for reserved time. Read more here.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, one reschedule is allowed with at least 2 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Do you offer refunds on products?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all nail products are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and proof of purchase. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit.
Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital products, downloads, and online content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All deposits & product purchases must be paid online at the time of booking or purchase via Credit or Debit Card. Payment for the balance of services can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer at the completion of the service.
