Refund & Return Policy

At Fit Nails by Dee, all products and services are carefully curated to meet professional standards. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to online classes, educational content, guides, downloads, or digital resources, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Physical Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations, all nail products are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, worn, or tampered with.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To request a review, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, Fit Nails by Dee may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Services & Appointments

All payments and deposits made for services are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate for preparation, blocked scheduling, and potential loss of business.
