Appointment Deposit Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following booking policy applies to all appointments.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits:

  • Reserve your appointment time

  • Cover preparation and blocked scheduling

  • Compensate for late cancellations and no-shows

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once with at least 2 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Final Sale Services

All services are final once rendered. Results may vary based on nail condition, aftercare, and maintenance.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why Is a Deposit Required?​

 

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. A deposit is required to secure your spot and confirm your booking.

As a nail technician, I work by appointments only. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent me from offering that time to another client and directly impacts my business. The deposit helps protect my time and ensures that appointments are booked seriously and respectfully.

How the Deposit Works

  • A non-refundable, but transferable deposit is required to confirm all appointments

  • The deposit is applied toward your total service price on the day of your appointment

  • Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received

  • If you cancel or reschedule within the allowed notice period (2 hours ahead of the service time), your deposit may be transferred to another booking once it is made within 7 days of the original booking date

  • Late cancellations (cancellations that are communicated less than 2 hours before the service time) or no-shows, result in the forfeit of the deposit

  • This policy allows me to continue providing quality service and availability to my committed clients

Is This Policy Fair?

 

Yes — this policy applies equally to all clients, new and returning. This system allows me to maintain a reliable schedule while providing the best possible experience.
